Pricing
We use Live UPS shipping rates to determine your shipping costs.  Shipping costs are determined based on your zip code and the weight of the shipment.

When will my item ship?
Most orders ship within 48 hours of receipt.  Personalization may add up to 5 days to your order processing time. Our processing hours are Monday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. cst and Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  *Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes or International addresses. We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday.

Tracking your Package
Once your order has shipped, eWAM will send your tracking information via email. All shipments are sent via UPS and tracking information is usually available the next business day after the package has been shipped. You may check the status of your shipment at www.ups.com or by calling 1-800-pick-ups.

You may view the tracking information on your order from our home page by following these steps:

On the top, right side of the home page, click on Track My Order
On the 'My Account' page, enter your email and password.
Click on your Order Number.
The Tracking Number will be listed along with the details of your order.
This will take you directly to the shipping carrier's website for detailed tracking information. Your order could show 'In Process' or 'Pending' for 2 days before you receive a 'Ship Confirm' message. This means that your order is at our warehouse being prepared for shipment.
