Shipping Information:

Pricing
We use live shipping rates to determine your shipping costs. Shipping costs are determined based on your zip code and the weight of the shipment.

Shipping Options:

  • Ground - 1 to 5 business days delivery once it leaves our facility- based on distance to destination
  • 3 Day - delivery in 3 business days once it leaves our facility
  • 2 Day - delivery in 2 business days once it leaves our facility
  • Standard Overnight - delivery by 3pm once it leaves our facility
  • Priority Overnight - delivery by 10:30 am once it leaves our facility

Please note: Should you choose FedEx expedited shipping, your order will be delivered in exactly that time frame (once it leaves our facility) even if your destination is normally delivered in less time. Ex. if you choose FedEx 3 Day then FedEx will hold your order and deliver it on the 3rd day even if your transit time is only 2 days. Don't choose a faster shipping option if your actual ship time is less. Some people will do this thinking it will insure delivery but this is not the case. This is a FedEx policy not an eWAM policy.

When will my item ship?
Most orders ship within 72 hours of receipt in the order in which they are received. Personalization may add up to 5 days to your order processing time during most months. August and December are exceptions due to the Back to School and Christmas seasons during which personalized orders could get delayed as much as 10 days. Our normal p
rocessing hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. cst. *Orders may be delayed due to bad weather, incorrect address information, different shipping and billing address information, or availability of the product.

During the months of October through December, we are continually increasing our staff to keep up with the holiday rush. However, it might take a bit longer to process your orders. We process orders in the same order they are received by eWAM. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to order with plenty of time.


Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses or International addresses. We do not ship any orders on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is available only through the U.S. Postal Service.

Tracking your Package
Once your order has shipped, you will receive notice via email.

You may view the tracking information on your order from our home page by following these steps:

On the top, right side of the home page, click on Track My Order
On the 'My Account' page, enter your email and password.
Click on your Order Number.
The Tracking Number will be listed along with the details of your order.
This will take you directly to the shipping carrier's website for detailed tracking information. Your order could show 'In Process' or 'Pending' for 2 days before you receive a 'Ship Confirm' message. This means that your order is at our warehouse being prepared for shipment.
