Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return merchandise* within 30 days from the date of delivery.
FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS:

Indicate your Order Number and the Reason for your Return. Reasons for returns may be: 1) Basic Return; or 2) Missing, Damaged or Defective Merchandise.
For Basic Returns:
- Place item(s) in a sturdy shipping package. If you are returning a partial order, it is not necessary to use the original box.
Include a copy of the Packing Slip in your package. Note: The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase AND the charge for returning unwanted items are non-refundable.

For damaged, defective, or missing merchandise returns:
- The customer is responsible for inspecting and counting Merchandise at the time of delivery.
- Claims for missing, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of delivery.
A picture of damaged and/or defective merchandise must be sent to Customer Service at: email@example.com.
- A Customer Service Representative will contact you with further instructions.
Merchandise Condition & Packaging - Items for Basic Returns must be in the same condition in which they were received to ensure full credit. Items must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories.
Special Order Items - Customer Special Orders (large quantities, items ordered for you specifically) may not be returned. You may call Customer Service at any time to discuss Special Orders.
Personalized & Monogrammed Items - Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned. In addition, once an order for a monogrammed or personalized item has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Past 30 Days - Products returned after 30 days from delivery will incur a 25% restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund.
